Without prejudice to any of the rights and contentions of the petitioner in this petition, as the petitioner is in some financial difficulty, on an oral request by the petitioner, we permit withdrawal of amount of leave encashment, gratuity and net salary already credited to her account. However this is subject to the petitioner filing an undertaking in this Court that the said amounts will be brought back/refunded in terms of the orders passed by this Court.
