1. The parties have placed on record an order dated 31.07.2025, passed by the Goa Real Estate Regulatory Authority in terms of consent terms filed by them before the Goa RERA, disposing of the adjudication proceeding case No.4/RERA/ADJ.MATTERS/122/2024 from which the present petition arises.

2. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that since the matter before the RERA has been settled, the Writ Petition becomes infructuous and according she has been instructed to withdraw the same.
