1. The Respondent No.5 who has expired was the Attorney of the Communidade (Respondent No.2) at the relevant time and has been impleaded by levelling allegations against him personally. There was 12th February, 2026

FA 61 of 2024 actually no requirement to bring his legal representatives on record as cause will not survive on the legal representatives. Nevertheless, the Order came to be passed also by this Court on 10.11.2025 without realising this fact. Now that the legal representatives are parties to this Petition, they need not be served.

2. List this matter for hearing, considering that the Respondents No.12, 13 and 14, at whose behest the plaint was rejected, are served and represented by Advocate Mr. Amey Kakodkar before this Court.
