2. This is an application for the transfer of the Matrimonial Petition from the Mapusa Court to the Vasco Court. She submits that the Applicant/wife is residing at Vasco with her parents and there are proceedings filed against the Respondent /Husband that are pending at Vasco Court. She submits that the Husband/Respondent filed Matrimonial Petition which is now pending before the Mapusa Court.
