If the spare copy is supplied, issue notice to respondent No.3, to be made returnable four weeks thereafter. 3.

In case of failure of the applicants to supply the spare copy within the time stipulated above, the matter shall stand dismissed as against respondent No.3 automatically, without further reference to this Court.
