O R D E R
(Passed on 22.03.2025) 1.
The parties to the appeal have settled their dispute on the terms mentioned in Form-H-settlement agreement, which is already signed by the respective parties.

The appellant as well as the legal heirs of deceased respondent no.1Haridas Sontakke, who have been brought on record in executing proceedings pending before the District Judge, Akola, have settled their dispute through Power of Attorney holder Vijay Haridas Sontakke. Legal heir certificate and death certificate is also part of this settlement agreement. 3.
The agreement is duly signed by Vijay Haridas Sontakke, Power of Attorney holder of Kamlabai, Sanjay, who appeared through Video Conferencing from District Legal Services Authority Centre, Akola and has verified by his counsel. Mr. B.S. Salunke, Project Director NHAI, Amravati is physically present. Both admit the execution of the settlement agreement. 4.
In view of above, the appeal is disposed of in the settlement mentioned in settlement agreement.
