The present Application is filed for grant of permission to intervene in the Petition.

(2) In the Application, it is stated that the Applicants are the buyers of the flats named as Milano, Splendour and Pallazio which are constructed by the Petitioner in its project "Prozone Palm" on the land bearing Survey No. 78 at Mouza Chinchbhavan, Nagpur.

(4) Accordingly, the Application is allowed. Permission is granted to add the Applicants/Intervenors as the Respondent Nos. 6 to 12 in the present Writ Petition. Necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today. (5) Shri Dhumane, learned Counsel waives notice for the Respondent No. 3.

(6) After the amendment is carried out, learned Counsel for the added Respondents to file their submissions within a period of two weeks.

(7) The Application stands disposed of.
