It is stated in the application that the respondent no.2 is reported to be dead and her legal heirs are already on record as respondent nos. 3, 4 and 5.

Thus, the applicant wants to amend the cause title accordingly as mentioned in the application.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by the affidavit, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter.
