It is submitted that, the Applicant(s) pointed out certain irregularities in allotting the concerned Quartzite Block to the Petitioner. The Applicant(s) had preferred Writ Petition No. 7240/2022 before this Court, which was dismissed on 27.06.2023. Since the Writ Petition preferred by the Applicant(s) was dismissed, the Applicant(s) had challenged the same before the Hon'ble Apex Court bearing Special Leave Petition (Diary) No.42626/2023.

In view of the dismissal of the above said SLP, no case is made out to intervene in the present matter. 4.

The Application stands rejected. No costs.
