The learned Counsel for Respondent submits that the Petition should be dismissed for making false statement. He has invited my attention to Ground 'A' of the Petition, wherein the Petitioner has stated that despite raising preliminary objection, the learned Labour Court has not framed issue of limitation. 3.

According to the learned Counsel for Respondent, issue of limitation was framed at the instance of Petitioner, and therefore, it is well within his knowledge.

The learned Counsel for Petitioner seeks time to take instructions as also to file reply. Time granted. 5.
