The present application is filed for grant of permission to amend the petition.

By this application, the petitioner proposes to amend/add para nos. 13-A, 13-B, 13-C and 13-D after para no. 13, which are the subsequent facts, are needed to be produced on record, so also Prayer Clauses - AA and AAA. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The amendment to be carried out within a period of three days.

After amendment is carried out, the amended copy of the petition be supplied to the respondents. If the respondents want to file additional reply, they are entitled to file the same within a period of one week thereafter. 4.
