CAW NO.178/2024 in Writ Petition No. 7026/2023 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 16.02.2024 This application is taken out for amending cause title regarding the designation of respondent no.1. That, the notice issued to the aforesaid respondent no.1 is received back unserved for want of department name. It is stated that inadvertently, the description of respondent no.1 came to be wrongly mentioned as " General Manager, Mining" instead of "Chairman and Managing Director,". Thus, the applicant wants to amend the designation of the respondent no.1.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the petition as regards the description of respondent no.1 as mentioned in the application. Thereafter office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent, returnable within six weeks.
