Thus, the applicant is furnishing correct address of aforesaid respondent. The application is supported by affidavit.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the petition. Thereafter office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent, returnable within six weeks.

Writ Petition No. 2982/2022 Three weeks time is granted for taking steps against deceased respondent no.2, failing which put up the matter before the Hon'ble Court in view of Chapter XVII Rule 8 (iv) (c) of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960.
