The present application is filed for grant of permission to amend the petition.

By way of this amendment, the petitioner seeks permission to challenge the impugned Resolution dated 04/09/2023. As the said Resolution has been passed as per the direction of this Court, it is relevant.

Though it is opposed by the learned counsel for the respondents to grant the application, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of one week.
