WRIT PETITION NO. 830 OF 2021 Learned AGP for the respondents-State upon instructions makes a statement that the petitioners are entitled for interest on delayed payment of compensation for the lands acquired of Rs.60,144/- for the duration from 06/04/2018 to 26/11/2019. This amount be paid to the petitioners within a period of two weeks from today. The learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the date of possession was not 06/04/2018, but 11/02/2016 and KHUNTE
