It is stated that respondent no. 7 is now retired as Headmaster from Lal Bahadur Shashtri Madhyamik Shala, Nagpur and his presence is not necessary for the effective adjudication of the matter and no specific relief has been sought in the matter against the said respondent. Thus, the counsel wants to delete the name of respondent no.7 from the array of the respondents. The application is supported by affidavit.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. The applicant is permitted to delete the name of respondent no.7 from the array of respondents, at the risk of the petitioner. Necessary amendment be carried out.
