The application is to amend the petition by bringing out the subsequent events along with documents, notices and the photographs.

The contention of Mr. Bhide, learned counsel for the petitioner, is that the amendment pertains to the subsequent events and notices issued by the Municipal Council as well as the photographs showing the dilapidated condition of the house. Even some part of the house collapsed.

Accordingly, the application stands allowed and disposed of.

The petitioner is permitted to carryout the amendment within a period of one week from today. 6.

The amended copy of the petition be served to the respondents.
