CAW No. 262/2024 in Writ Petition No. 3930/2021 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated :13.11.2024 This application is filed for seeking permission to delete the name of respondent no.6 from the array of the respondents.

It is stated that the respondent no.6 who came to be appointed as teacher in Nagar Parishad High School, Katol, came to be expired on 22.11.2023 during the pendency of the petition and no other family members of the said respondent no.6 came to be appointed in the Nagar Parishad High Court. The applicant has enclosed copy of certificate issued by the Crematorium, Nagar Parishad, Katol regarding death of respondent no.6. Thus, the petitioner wants to delete the name of respondent no.6 from the array of the respondents. The application is supported by affidavit.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. The applicant is permitted to delete the name of respondent no.6 from the array of the respondents, at the risk of the petitioner. Necessary amendment be carried out.
