The applicant claims to be wife of deceased Akash Gajbhiye. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner opposes the application for grant of permission for intervention i.e. to add Intervenor as respondent no. 4, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed 3.

The Intervenor be added as a party respondent no. 4 in the matter.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed of. WRIT PETITION NO. 4427 OF 2023 Shri T. Rahul, learned counsel waives service of notice for respondent no. 4/Intervenor.
