The present application is filed for grant of permission to withdraw the amount.

It appears that vide orders dated 28/04/2022 and 14/12/2023, this Court has directed the State Government to pay the amount of Rs. 75,000/- per month to the petitioner from 01/04/2022 till disposal of the petition. In pursuance to the orders, the petitioner has received Rs. 75,000/- per month from 01/04/2022 till 01/12/2022.

In view of the Government Resolution (GR) dated 29/12/2023, the total amount of Rs. 15,64,50,000/- was granted and out of it, Rs. 3,00,000/- is in respect of the present petitioner and lies with the Registry. The State Government has no objection to release the said amount in favour of the petitioner. As such, the application is

2 905-CAW 382-24 in WP 4682-15.odt allowed and the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs. 3,00,000/-.

Registry is directed to disburse the amount of Rs. 3,00,000/- in favour of the petitioner. The remaining amount shall be deposited by the State Government as early as possible.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed of. WRIT PETITION NO. 4682 OF 2015 List the present petition along with C.P. 264/2022 (D) and W.P. 3696/2018 on 21/03/2024. 2.
