The present application is filed for grant of permission to amend the petition.

It is submitted that, during the pendency of this petition, the respondents rejected the application of the petitioner for grant of No Objection Certificate to participate in the process of selection i.e. for applying to the post of Professor and Associate Professor. Though the application is opposed by the learned counsel for the respondents, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The amendment to be carried out within a period of one week.

The amended copy of the petition be supplied to the respondents.

The respondents are at liberty to file reply to the amended petition within a period of two weeks thereafter. 5.
