It is submitted that having regard to the stand taken by the respondents in their respective reply filed before this Court, the petitioners desire to amend the Writ Petition in order to seek appropriate directions pertaining to the constitution of Town Vending Committee for Chandrapur. As such, the application is allowed. 3.

Necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of two days.

The amended copy of the petition be supplied to the other side.
