It is stated in the application that the notice issued to the aforesaid respondent returned back unserved as per the bailiff report since the noticee was not present at the time of service. It is stated that the aforesaid respondent is residing on the given address and no other address except the present one is available with the applicant.

Thus, the applicant wants to serve respondent by Hamdast. Application is supported by affidavit.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the applicant is allowed to serve the aforesaid respondent by Hamdast, through Court, returnable within six weeks.
