It is stated in the application that the notices were issued to the aforesaid respondent, however, there is no service report received till date. It is stated that the registered address of respondent no.1 is at the given address and there is no other alternate address except the present one is available with the applicant.

Thus, the applicant wants to serve the aforesaid respondent by R.P.A/d.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the applicant is allowed to serve respondent no.1 by R.P.A/d, through Court, returnable within Six weeks.

The applicant to furnish necessary R.P.A/d postage.
