It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, some elaboration of vital aspects being unincorporated, which are important for deciding the Caste so also the proposed amendment is necessary to decide the important issues raised in the petition. As such, the application is allowed. The amendment to be carried out within a period of three days.

After amendment is carried out, the amended copy of the petition be supplied to the other side. 4.
