It is stated that inadvertently, the designation of respondent no.2 came to be wrongly mentioned as "Divisional Controller" instead of "Divisional Traffic Superintendent".

Thus, the applicant wants to amend the designation of the respondent no.

2 as the designation of respondent no.1 is also mentioned as "Divisional Controller of MSRTC, Amravati Division.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. The counsel for the applicant is permitted to amend the cause title regarding the designation of the respondent no.2 as mentioned in the application.
