C.A.W. No. 590/2024 in Writ Petition No.4382/2022 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 06.05.2026 The application is taken out by the petitioner to correct the address of Respondent Nos. 5 & 6. It is contended that notice issued to aforesaid respondents but could not be served as Respondent No.5 was not available at the said address and respondent No.6 school is closed. It is further contended that the petitioner is providing correct addresses of aforesaid respondents. Thus, the petitioner wants to correct the addresses of aforesaid respondents by making necessary amendment in the cause title.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to respondent Nos.

5 & 6 returnable within four weeks .
