CAW No. 595/2024 in Writ Petition No. 848/2024 Coram : Registrar (Judicial) Dated : 23.02.2024 This application is taken out for permission to supply correct address of respondent no. 5 and for issuance of Hamdast. It is stated in the application that when the Hamdast came to be issued for issuing notice to the respondent no.5, it was found that there is typographical error in the address of a city i.e. name of the city was wrongly typed as Nagpur instead of Chandrapur. Thus, the applicant is furnishing correct address of aforesaid respondent. The application is supported by affidavit.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the petition. Thereafter office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent, returnable within six weeks. Hamdast is granted.
