The notices are ordered to be issued to the respondents, however, the address of respondent no.1 was left out to be mentioned in the title cause. Thus, the applicant is furnishing correct address of aforesaid respondent.

The application is supported by affidavit.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the petition as regards address of respondent no.1. Thereafter office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent, returnable on 12.03.2024.
