. 04 .20 This application is taken out for grant of permission to issue fresh notice to respondent no.4 by registered post AD in addition to regular mode. It is stated in the application that the notice issued to the respondent no.4 received back unserved as the door was locked at the time was service as she had been to Hyderabad to meet his son who is taking eudcation at Hyderabad. The counsel states that the respondent no. 4 is residing on the given address. Therefore, the applicant wants to serve respondent no.4 by R.P.A/d in addition to regular mode of service.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the applicant is allowed to serve respondent no.4 by R.P.A/d, through Court, in addition to regular mode of service, returnable within Six weeks.

The applicant to furnish necessary R.P.A/d postage.
