The present application is filed for grant of permission to amend the petition.

By this amendment, the petitioner wants to bring on record the subsequent events and also to add the prayer Clauses. So also, the petitioner seeks permission to add respondent no. 3. As the amendment is in-consonance with the subject matter of the petition, the application is allowed.

The amendment to be carried out within a period of three days.

If the respondents want to file any additional say to the amended petition, he may file it within one week thereafter.
