The present application is field for grant of permission to amend the petition.

By way of this amendment, the petitioners want to place on record the subsequent events. It is submitted that the proposal for grant of approval is turned down by respondent no. 2, therefore, the petitioners need to amend the petition by raising additional grounds.

There is no objection to the learned counsel for the respondents to allow the present application. As such, the application is allowed. The amendment to be carried out within a period of one week.

The amended copy of the petition be supplied to the learned counsel for the respondents. The learned
