The present application is filed for grant of permission to amend the petition.

By way of this amendment, the petitioner intends to incorporate the certain paragraphs as it was revealed that, the document of great great grandfather Laxman who is recorded as Thakur on 22/03/1924 was not considered by the Committee.

The respondent has no objection to allow this application. As such, the application is allowed. The necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of one week.

The amended copy of the petition be supplied to the respondent. The respondent is at liberty to file
