The present Application is filed by the Respondents for extension of time to comply with the judgment dated 29/01/2024.
(2) In the said Application, it is submitted that after passing of the judgment by this Court, the matter was referred to the Competent Authority and after perusal of the judgment of this Court, the Competent Authority took a decision to implement the said judgment, but due to administrative complexities, time granted by this Court has been expired on 29/02/2024 and some ....ANSARI ANSARI....

(3) For the reasons stated in the Applications, the Application is allowed. Two months' time is granted to the Respondents to comply with the judgment dated 29/01/2024.
