The applicant/petitioner has been retired on 31.07.2022, however till date his pension has not been fixed. Earlier Disciplinary action was taken but it was withdrawn on 18.08.2018. Orders have been passed for release of increments and salary for the period from 16th March 2016 to 17th August 2018.

It appears that the pension proposal was forwarded but for variety of reasons it has been returned for want of compliance. Anyway, the petitioner's pension proposal is required to be processed earlier despite pendency of this writ petition, of-course, subject to the outcome of this petition.

We hereby direct the Management to prepare a fresh pension proposal on which respondent no.2 Social Welfare Department, Gadchiroli shall fix the pension as

2 29.wp.4390.2019 per prevailing Rules, and process the same expeditiously. 5.

We made it clear that pendency of this petition would not come in said process. Let, this exercise shall be complete within four weeks.

Stand over to four weeks.
