Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the petition. Thereafter office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent, returnable within six weeks.

CAW No. 912/2024 This application is filed for bringing legal heirs of respondent no.14 who is reported to be dead on 02.02.2022 and the present application is filed on 19.03.2024 i.e. beyond 90 days. In view of Chapter XVII Rule 8 (iv) (c) of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960, place the CAW No. 912/2024 before the Hon'ble Court.
