Mr. Mahajan, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, has tendered across the bar an undertaking dated 11.03.2025 under the signature of the President, which is taken on record and marked as 'X' for the purpose of identification, by which the compensation of Rs.40 Lakhs is being agreed to be deposited in this Court, by way of two installments, the first of Rs.10 Lakhs on 10.04.2025 and the second of Rs.30 Lakhs on 30.04.2025. The undertaking is accepted.

CIVIL APPLICATION (CAW) No. 919/2024 The Application seeks declaration of the result of

2 45.WP.2006-2022.odt the students for the examination as indicated in Annexures-B and C thereof. The students have been permitted to appear in the examination by way of interim order of this Court, in view of which, we do not see any reason to withhold the declaration of the result and issuance of mark-sheet to the students for the examination mentioned in Annexures-B and C. We, therefore, allow the Application and direct the Respondent No.2 to declare the result of the students for the examination mentioned in Annexures-B and C. This is however subject to final result of the Petition and with the Caveat that no special equities will be created in favour of the students on account of declaration of the result. 2.

List the matter on 15.04.2025 for consideration of Civil Application (CAW) No. 469/2025.
