The present application is filed for grant of permission to amend the petition and prayer Clause so as to bring on record the subsequent events that during the pendency of the petition, the services of the petitioner have been terminated.

Though the application is vehemently opposed by the learned counsel for the respondents, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of one week.
