The present amendment application is filed pursuant to the amendment made by the Maharashtra Rural Development Department to the Maharashtra Development Sevices (Constitution, Classification and Recruitment)(Amendmet) Rules, 2018.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out within one week.
