CAW No. 1040/2024 in Writ Petition No. 8246/2023 Coram : Registrar (Judicial) Dated : 05.04.2024 This application is taken out for permission to supply correct address of respondent no. 7 and for deletion of name of respondent no.4 - Girish Baburaoji Channe who is reported to be dead as per bailiff report dated 08.01.2024. It is stated that the notice issued to the aforesaid respondent no.7 is received back unserved for want of correct address. As regards respondent no. 4, it is stated that he is reported to be dead and he does not have any legal heirs. Thus, the applicant is furnishing correct address of aforesaid respondent and seeks permission to delete the name of respondent no.4. The application is supported by affidavit.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the petition and thereafter office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent No.7, returnable within six weeks. Permission is also granted to delete the name of R.No.4 as prayed, at the risk of the petitioner.
