The learned Government Pleader has made an application for speaking to minutes of the orders dated 01/04/2024 and 04/04/2024 by stating that the statement made by him on the basis of which the writ petition was disposed of by means of order dated 01/04/2024, was passed on the instructions received from respondent Nos.2, 4 and 6 and not on the basis of instructions received from respondent No.8/State.

Yesterday that is on 04/04/2024 the Government Pleader had made a prayer for speaking to minutes of the order dated 01/04/2024 on the basis of which an order was passed on 04/04/2024, however according to the learned Government Pleader the discrepancy which occurred in the order dated 01/04/2024 has again occurred in the order dated 04/04/2024. 4.

Accordingly, the application moved by learned Government Pleader shall be placed before the Bench comprising of one of us (Nitin W. Sambre, J.) and Abhay J. Mantri, J. for hearing the Civil Application irrespective of the order dated 04/04/2024. 5.
