It is stated in the application that the notices are directed to be issued to the respondents by the Hon'ble Court returnable on 17.04.2024 and for proper service it is necessary to amend the cause title by correcting the name of the respondent no.5 as mentioned in the application. The application is supported by affidavit.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the petition as regards respondent no.5.

Thereafter office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent, returnable on 17.04.2024.
