. 05 .20 The counsel for applicant has filed the present application for grant of permission to serve notice to respondent no. 4, 4-A and 6 by R.P.A/d. It is stated in the application that the notices issued to the aforesaid respondents received back unserved for want of correct address. It is stated that the respondent nos. 4 and 4-A shifted to the address given in the cause title and the name of respondent no.6 now corrected. Thus, the counsel for petitioners prays for substituted service on aforesaid respondents by R.P.A/d Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed in the interest of justice. The applicant is permitted to serve the aforesaid respondents by R.P.A/d. through Court, returnable within 4 weeks after issuance of notice.

The applicant to furnish necessary R.P.A/d postage.
