. 07 .20 The applicant / petitioner has filed the present application for grant of permission to serve notice to respondent no. 4, 4-A and 6 by R.P.A/d. It is stated in the application that the notice could not be served upon the repondents till date and the respondent nos. 4 and 4-A shifted to the address mentioned in the cause title. As regards, the counsel states that the address of respondent no.6 which was wrongly mentioned, is now corrected.

Therefore, he has prayed for substituted service on aforesaid respondents by R.P.A/d.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed in the interest of justice. The applicant is permitted to serve respondent no. 4, 4-A and 6 by R.P.A/d. through Court, on the given corrected address, returnable within six weeks after issuance of notice.

The applicant to furnish necessary R.P.A/d postage.
