Present application is filed for grant of permission for addition of parties. It is alleged that during the pendency of this petition, Sant Gadga Baba matsyavyavsay Sahakari Sanstha Ltd., Takli came to be registered which is

2 15 wp 3162-2021 against the policy. In view of this, permission is granted to add the respondent as party respondent as prayed. 2.

Necessary amendment to be carried out within one week.
