The learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners seeks leave to implead proposed respondent No.8 by designation instead of by name. Leave as sought is granted. Necessary amendment in the civil application shall be carried out forthwith.

For the reasons stated in the amendment application, the petitioners are permitted to amend the petition as sought. In the change circumstances, original respondent No.7 is not the necessary party. In that view of matter, permission is granted to delete respondent No.7 and proposed respondent No.8 shall be added as respondent No.7. Necessary amendment shall be carried out within one week from today.

Mr. Deshpande, learned counsel waives notice for the newly added respondent No.7.
