It is stated in the application that the respondent nos. 2 to 6 are not the contesting and necessary parties in the present petition. Thus, the petitioner prays for deletion of name of respondent nos. 2 to 6 from the array of the respondents. The application is supported by affidavit.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affiddavit, the same is allowed. The petitioner is permitted to delete the name of respondent nos. 2 to 6 for the reasons stated in the application from the array of respondents, at the risk of the petitioner. Necessary amendment be carried out.
