CAW No. 1281/2024 in Writ Petition No. 2384/2024 Coram : Registrar (Judicial) Dated : 26.04.2024 This application is taken out for grant of Hamdast for serving the notices to the respondent nos.2 and 3. It is stated in the application that the notices issued to the aforesaid respondents returned back unserved for want of time as per the bailiff report. It is stated that since the present matter involves the provisions of SARFAESI Act, the services of the respondents is utmost necessary. Thus, the applicant wants to serve respondents by Hamdast.

Application is supported by affidavit.

The petitioner has filed Pursis St. No. 01/2024 dated 29.04.2024 seeking the returnable date of notice as 02.05.2024 since the matter involves the provisions of SARFAESI Act.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application and the Pursis, the applicant is allowed to serve the aforesaid respondents by Hamdast, through Court, returnable on 02.05.2024.
