Mr. Chauhan, learned Government Pleader for applicant has tendered across the bar an application for extension of time to comply with the order of this Court dated 04/04/2024, by raising a grievance, that the employees of the Amravati Municipal Corporation are not cooperating in the matter of opening of the locks of the premises in question, which is preventing the applicant from carrying out an inspection and submitting a report to this Court, as directed by the order dated 04/04/2024. On this count, therefore, he seeks extension of time. The application is taken on record. Office to register the same.

The period as indicated in order dated 04/04/2024 is extended till 09/05/2024. We sincerely hope that, the employees of Amravati Municipal Corporation shall co-operate with the applicant in the matter of conducting an inspection and shall open the locks of the premises in question on 29/04/2024 at the time indicated by the applicant. Let the report be placed before this Court on 09/05/2024.
