Ms. Meghna Munshi, learned Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 4 has filed this application for recalling of the order dated 26-4-2024 on the ground that the counsel has received the instructions on the very same day, but little late in point of time and there was default on the part of the counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 4 to file Memo of Appearance as few days back instructions were received by the learned Counsel. 3.

In view of consent extended by the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the reasons narrated in the application, the order dated 26-4-2024 stands recalled.
